Online or in-person, this is designed for individuals to process and explore their struggles and ultimately learn to cope with their experiences. We cannot always find solutions to problems we are experiencing, and this process allows us to explore this.

Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

Online or in-person, this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals. I use an integrative approach to lifestyle changes to improve clients' wellbeing. Working as a guide toward an overall healthier life, I will look at your nutrition patterns, relationships, physical fitness, spirituality, and more

 

Forest Bathing or Shinrin-Yoku

Forest Bathing or Shinrin-Yoku

I offer in-person individual or group walks while respecting Covid 19 regional public health measures. Forest therapy offers many benefits such as enhanced creativity, better sleep, reduced anxiety, depression and stress and it’s for everyone! No matter your fitness level, we will adjust the walk to your needs and abilities. Other benefits of forest bathing are: increased blood circulation and energy, stress reduction, a strengthened immune response and sharper cognition.

Retreats and Workshops

Retreats and workshops are held several times per month or as requested.

Longer retreats and workshops are available on request and can be catered to your needs including, camping, meals, forest bathing, massage and yoga (with licensed practitioners).
